Our Commitments

From Head Office to our sites, these are our commitments

Committed to the Planet

From field to fork, protecting our environment is at the core of what we do across all of our sites.

Since we first opened our doors in 1989, sustainability has been at the heart of the way we work - from how we source ingredients to how we reduce waste and support local communities.

For our clients, we know environmental and social responsibilities are a priority. From sustainable partnerships with environmental partners to always prioritising ESG and CSR commitment we are committed to the planet.

Committed to Charities

As well as our commitment to the planet, we believe in supporting charities, bettering the lives of those around us

Working with charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Dementia UK and Sebastian's Action Trust, we're constantly looking to make a change for the better.

We know that it's important to partner with businesses who share your passion for change.

Committed to our teams

Our commitment to our teams is unrivalled, creating a safe, diverse working environment is paramount to us.

We have a wealth of long-standing staff members, some of whom have over 30 years of service with us, combined with consistant recognition in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For (No.2 in 2020).

Whether it’s donating food, taking part in fundraising events, or offering a helping hand on site, we’re always ready to contribute to causes that matter.

Committed to You

Our clients stay with us for the long haul, and we're committed to providing the best service possible for years to come.

A service curated to you and your site, we ensure that you recieve a food service that matches the needs of you and your staff.

This, combined with regular audits and a dedicated operations manager, we ensure that you receive that human-touch, and a service that meets your needs.

Our Commitments

We continuously review and improve our operations to protect the planet and support future generations. Our approach focuses on four key areas:

Sourcing Local & Seasonal Produce

We cook with fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, working with trusted UK farmers, growers and suppliers.

Reducing Food Waste

We constantly plan menus and portion sizes, use ingredients creatively, and monitor usage to minimise waste in our kitchens.

Minimising Single-Use Plastics

We choose recyclable, compostable or reusable alternatives, ensuring we and our clients meet sustainability targets.

Supporting Communities

Empowering the future, we offer apprenticeships and training opportunities to young people and career changers.
