Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, busy, contract caterer based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The role involves a range of administration tasks whilst supporting the HR Director. The salary is £31,000 per annum.


The duties of the role will include:


• Administration of new starters and any changes to contracts

• Managing reference requests

• Training administration

• General administrative support whilst working closely with the HR Director and Payroll Manager to provide an excellent service to the business

• Responsibility for all recruitment administration including obtaining all relevant documentation required for staff working with vulnerable persons

• Conduct departmental training needs analysis with line managers and ensure all actions are followed through and robust development plans are    in place Experience/Skills

• Excellent spoken English and written communication skills

• Approachable and ability to build strong relationships across the company

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work

• Good MS Outlook experience

• Previous experience in HR is an advantage
